## Services

- AI automation: workflows that run on their own, such as lead routing, document processing with document AI and OCR, CRM and ERP integrations, and reporting pipelines. Typically 2 to 4 weeks. Best for operations-heavy teams.
- AI agents: voice, chat and avatar agents that answer customers, qualify leads and book meetings, in English, Arabic, Hindi and more, around the clock. Includes website and WhatsApp chat and knowledge-base (RAG) agents. Typically 3 to 6 weeks. Best for support and sales teams.
- Web development: fast marketing websites and full web platforms such as SaaS dashboards, CMS and e-commerce, with SEO and analytics built in. Typically 4 to 8 weeks.
- App development: iOS and Android apps with React Native or Flutter and cloud backends such as Firebase, including payments, notifications and app store launch. Typically 8 to 12 weeks. Best for startups shipping an MVP.
- Support and growth: monitoring, uptime, monthly feature sprints and performance tuning after launch, billed monthly.

## How a project works

- A typical AI or software build runs about eight weeks from kickoff to launch, with six milestones the client signs off one by one, starting with a scope and data audit and a clickable prototype.
- Pricing: after a short call, Welerix sends a fixed quote broken into milestones, agreed before work starts and never changed without the client's sign-off.
- Ownership: the client owns the source code, designs, models and data, handed over at launch with documentation.
- Support: every project includes 30 days of support; most clients continue on a monthly plan.
