How we built Sol Pilates a booking app members actually open
A Hyderabad Pilates studio was running classes on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. We gave members an app for booking, credits and progress, and gave the studio one place to run it all.

Sol Pilates is a studio in Kokapet, Hyderabad, with group classes across several trainers and two spaces. Before the app, booking a class meant messaging the front desk, and keeping track of memberships meant a spreadsheet that only one person understood. Members never knew how many classes they had left, and the studio spent hours a week answering the same questions.
What the studio needed
- Members book and cancel without messaging anyone.
- Every class has a fixed number of reformer spots, and members pick theirs.
- Memberships work on credits, so a booking always uses one.
- The studio team changes schedules, plans and prices without a developer.
The app
We designed a calm, on-brand app for iOS and Android that opens straight onto what matters: credits remaining, when the membership expires, and the next class. The schedule shows the week at a glance, split by trainers and by facility, and each class shows how many spots are open.
Booking is two taps. Members choose a class, pick an available spot on a map of the room, and confirm. The app takes one credit, sends a reminder before class, and keeps a full history under My Bookings. Streaks and class milestones at 50, 100 and 150 classes give regulars something to work towards.
The studio side
Behind the app is an admin panel built for the front desk, not for engineers. The team edits membership plans and prices, publishes the class schedule, manages trainers, replies to member messages and updates the photos on the studio website from one place. Changes show up in the app straight away.
The goal was simple: the app should answer every question a member used to send on WhatsApp.
How we worked
We shipped in milestones the studio signed off one at a time: membership and credit rules first, then the schedule and spot booking, then the admin panel, then store release. After launch we moved to a monthly maintenance plan that covers fixes, store updates and small features.
What it changed
Members manage their own bookings, the studio sees who is coming to every class before it starts, and plan changes no longer need a developer. If you run a studio, gym or academy with the same spreadsheet problem, this is the kind of build we can scope with you in one call.
