Gradly: helping Think Global students go from shortlist to acceptance
Think Global guides students who want to study abroad. We built Gradly, the app their students use to explore more than 2,500 colleges and work with their counselor.

Think Global helps Indian students plan, apply for and secure admission at universities abroad. Their counselors were doing great work, but students had no single place to explore options, track applications or see what their counselor needed from them next.
One app for the whole journey
Gradly starts with a friction-free sign-in: students enter their mobile number and a one-time code, with no passwords to forget. From there they explore more than 2,500 colleges, filtering by country, tuition, size and the programmes they want, and shortlist the ones that fit.
- College discovery with tuition, size and programme details on every card.
- Shortlists that the student and counselor both see.
- A counselor dashboard where each counselor works with their assigned students.
- An admin panel for the Think Global team to manage colleges, students and counselors.
Built to be relaunched with confidence
Gradly is built in Flutter for iOS, Android and the web, on a Firebase backend hosted in India. As part of the relaunch we audited both mobile apps, cleaned up the data model, moved production to a fresh, billing-ready project and documented every step of deployment, so the Think Global team can ship updates without guesswork.
Why it matters
Study-abroad decisions are some of the biggest a family makes. Giving students clear information and a direct line to their counselor turns a stressful process into a guided one, and gives Think Global a product that scales with every new intake.
